Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour notice
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. If we do not receive 24 hours advance notice, we reserve the right to charge the client half​, or 50%, for the same day cancellation. This amount must be paid prior to scheduling the next appointment.
No-shows
Should a client fail to arrive for an appointment, or notify us of the need to cancel, we reserve the right to charge the client full, or 100%, for their missed appointment.
Late Arrivals
We reserve the right to modify the treatment to meet the remaining time of the scheduled appointment should a client arrive late. We reserve the right to charge the client for full payment of the scheduled appointment regardless of late arrival.
